Based in gorgeous offices in the heart of Manly our client has an outstanding reputation in their local marketplace. Priding themselves on an honest and professional approach when dealing with clients, they are highly successful in both sales & property management and are now looking for a fabulous Receptionist / Property Officer to complement the team!  Career progression is guaranteed with this agency, as long as you have the right attitude and long term plans to progress within real estate.

The Role:
  • Directing & assisting with incoming calls
  • Meeting & greeting clients
  • Ad hoc reception duties
  • Typing up appraisals
  • RP Data searching
  • Ingoing and routine inspections
  • Repairs and maintenance
  • Data entry
  • Support the sales team and Director as needed
Candidate Must Haves:
  • An outgoing personality with great energy
  • A proactive and whatever it takes attitude
  • A desire to progress through the ranks
  • Polished presentation
  • Current certificate of registration 
  • Drivers licence and car
  • Great attention to detailPrevious experience real estate
