Led by a hands on, motivated & committed Managing Director this is a pivotal role in the business running all aspects of their busy front desk as well as backing up the Sales team and the marketing team.

The role:

Is a pure Monday to Friday career Reception role based front of house that will keep you busy on a daily basis. Tasks will be varied and will include:
  • Answer & direct calls as needed
  • Book and receive couriers
  • Assist with enquiries
  • Back up Marketing team
  • Provide support to the sales team
  • Administration back up to Director
Essentials for this role include:
  • Outstanding customer experience skills
  • Sound interpersonal skills (written & verbal)
  • Excellent personal presentation
  • At least 2 years experience in a similar role
  • A minimum of 6 months real estate experience
  • Current certificate of registration
  • REST, Filesmart, Xero & Realhub exp desirable
