OUR CLIENT:

Is one of the Inner Wests leading boutique agencies and their constant growth speaks volume for their service and their team. With one of their long standing Property Managers leaving they are looking for an experienced Senior Property Manager to become a senior member of this team. With a great work/ life balance, a strong social and outgoing culture they manage some incredible properties, many waterfront, around the Concord area.

THE ROLE:

Will see you managing a perfectly maintained portfolio of 200 which are mostly apartments all within the local vicinity. With a great mix of Landlords and Tenants this portfolio runs incredibly well and as such we need someone who believes in giving outstanding customer service to come in and take over. Daily tasks will encompass the following:

  • Day to day running of a residential portfolio of 200
  • Reviews, increase and renewals
  • Daily arrears
  • Repairs and maintenance
  • Periodic and outgoing inspections
  • Tribunal preparation and attendance
  • Processing insurance claims
  • Bond releases
  • NO leasing, NO accounts

ESSENTIALS INCLUDE:

You will be a Senior Property Manager who believes in giving outstanding customer service and believes in problem solving to create positive outcomes; you will be a great team member who loves working as part of a close knit group and wants to work in an office where you are treated like family. A current Certificate of Registration, car and drivers license and at least 3 years exp is essential . REST, Filesmart and Inspection Manager will be highly regarded.
