This is your opportunity to join one of the most well respected, successful and long standing real estate offices in the heart of the Lower North Shore.  With an impeccable reputation, our client is on the lookout for a highly experienced Senior property manager to take over the reins of a Senior Property Manager who has run this portfolio impeccably for 5 years! Be assured that you will be joining an office that truly cares about their staff and where they reward them well for their hard work; whilst each day is busy they take time out to celebrate their wins with lunches, dinners, drinks and vouchers and its an office where they are plenty of laughs each day!

Working with programs such as REST, Filesmart & Inspection Manager and supported by a Junior Property Manager, you will be required to perform a role encompassing all aspects of Property Management.

The Role:

Is a Senior Property Managers role working on a portfolio of 220 properties with assistance from your own Property Officer as well as a full time accountant and a Department Head to turn to. Working in a Property Management team of 10 there is a great vibe in the team and they are looking for someone who can really bring their fun personality to enhance the team further.

Duties will include:
  • Oversee portfolio of 220
  • Landlord and tenant client care
  • Manage arrears
  • Rental reviews and renewals
  • Organise repairs and maintenance
  • Ingoing, periodic and outgoing inspections
  • Management of bonds
  • Tribunal and insurance claims
Skills & Experience:
  • Minimum 3 year experience managing a portfolio
  • Lower North Shore market knowledge preferred
  • A current Certificate or Real Estate Licence essential
  • A team player with excellent client care skills
  • Polished written & verbal communication
  • Genuine passion for property management
  • REST, Filesmart, Inspection Manager experience preferred
