The role:

A Monday - Friday role with a rotational Saturday as required, you will manage a small residential portfolio. This role offers total freedom to manage the portfolio your way and further evolve to see step into a Department Manager role. You will oversee the property management department and recruit a team under you. Your initial responsibilities will include;

  • End to end portfolio management minus trust accounts
  • Tribunal preparation & attendance
  • Rent reviews & lease renewals
  • Repairs & maintenance
  • In/outgoing & routine inspections
  • Leasing as required
  • New business & building the portfolio
  • Compliance management
  • Recruit & build the property management department

Experience needed:

  • 5+ years Property Management experience
  • Experience managing an assistant or a team
  • Solid knowledge of the act
  • A current certificate of registration or real estate licence
  • A reliable car & clean drivers licence
  • Flexibility to work a Saturday as required initially
  • Knowledge of REST highly desirable
