Job Description

This office without a doubt is fast paced, yet fun & friendly and is organically expanding offering you a long & successful career as a Department Head / Senior Property Manager. Working with a successful & good hearted Principal who has done the hard yards of Property Management he is understanding, knows your role and believes in a strong work /life balance to keep achieving in this industry.

The Role:

Will see you taking over from the current Senior Property Manager after 9 years! This portfolio of just over 300 Residential Managements is as close to perfect as you will get and with plenty of assistance from an experienced team around you your days should be balanced and offer you a great work / life balance.

Each of your days will include:

  • Landlord management
  • Lease renewals and reviews
  • Scheduling periodic inspections
  • Oversee repairs & maintenance
  • Arrears management
  • Tribunal preparation & attendance

Experience needed:

At least 5 years Property Manager experience at a Senior level will be perfect for this role, other essentials include:

  • A current C of R or Real Estate License
  • Sound knowledge of current legislation
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills
  • Solid customer service skills with good level of pro-activity
  • The ability to work as part of a team as well as lead it
  • Strong knowledge of REST & Filesmart
