Job Description

The role:

This role is responsible for driving strategic growth across the property management department, you will be responsible for developing and leading strategic initiatives to support financial and portfolio growth. You will help lead a team of 20 across 3 offices and will be responsible for;

  • Project manage large volumes of new business coming into the portfolio
  • Prepare reports, review financials and present to management
  • Seek opportunities to scale significant financial growth across the department
  • Project manage the roll out of offshore administration support services
  • Compliance management and staying on top of legislative changes
  • Handling escalated staffing, supplier and client complaints
  • Performance management, 1 on 1 meetings, set and monitor KPI's
  • Recruitment, on boarding of staff + succession planning for staff within the business

Experience:

  • Proven ability to drive financial growth
  • An innovative mindset and ability to build strong relationships
  • Prior experience with off shore staffing support highly desirable
  • Proven ability to manage a department and staff growth within the business
  • Ability to work autonomously and take the lead on running this department
  • A friendly and approachable management style
  • A clean drivers licence and reliable car
